    Job Description

    This position is for an IT business analyst who can work on the next

    generation customer facing e-commerce, EDI and integration solutions and services. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience as an analyst handling ecommerce and system integration between customer business platforms and fulfilment/ERP systems.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities

    • Serves as a liaison between internal business partners, offshore resources, internal resources, and other third party resources.
    • Review, analyze, and evaluate business system, processes, user needs and
    • recommend improvements.
    • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements
    • workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, business
    • analysis, and workflow analysis
    • Propose, test and troubleshoot system integration solutions together with the technical delivery teams
    • Assist in identifying the root cause and resolution of system and operational issues, analyze data, and recommend solutions
    • Create and maintain updated documentation on business processes, applications and business solutions including process flows, use cases, functional specifications, test cases, training and system manuals, and job aids
    • Manage the execution of testing for assigned deliverables by identifying and documenting test defects, documenting quality issues, and communicating defects to assure resolution.
    • This Professional operates under minimal supervision on medium to large size projects involving multiple products and/or platforms
    • This person works closely with internal/external customers, architects and other consulting engineers and achieves results through strong subject matter expertise, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Master of Science in IT Management or related subject or equivalent experience in technology-related field
    • 2+ years of overall experience
    • Knowledgeable in best practices and design patterns
    • Highly effective communication and listening skills to grasp complex tasks and adapt communications to be most understandable for the users.
    • Capable of performing analyst type tasks to understand and evaluate a business need / change and define in detail the logical solution to the business need focusing on the business process first and the system second.
    • Strong creativity and troubleshooting skills required, with ability to logically isolate and resolve complex business process challenges.
    • Quick learner, ability to work independently or in teams; have a great attitude as a team player
    • Ability to work closely with the business partners in differing countries to examine existing business models and flows of data, discuss findings with the business, and assist in guiding the discussion toward an improved solution
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Thrives in ambiguous situations
    • Highly collaborative
    • Must be fluent in English, written and spoken.
    • Experience with Oracle products like, Oracle Cloud Commerce, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Oracle Content Management, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus
    • Experience with work management tools like Jira, ServiceNow is a plus
