    Job Description

    We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Bluescope Buildings North America (BBNA), dedicated to pioneering innovative digital marketing strategies that fuel demand for our products and services. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Demand, this role will work to build integrated digital demand strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams across our brands, segments, and channels. This individual is equal parts thinker and doer, with a passion for their craft and commitment to aiding their business/marketing counterparts achieve their goals through the latest and greatest digital marketing strategies and tactics.     This is a hybrid position based in either the Kansas City, MO or Memphis, TN metropolitan areas.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include :

    • Aid in campaign planning and execution across various digital channels/platforms such as paid media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media, working to ensure all strategies are working in support of each other
    • Works closely with channel and segment marketing teams to align priorities and activities to digital campaign planning
    • Establish a deep understanding of our market opportunities, brands, customer segments, and products to effectively develop targeted campaigns, while also developing an ongoing understanding of our builders' needs and interests to facilitate effective lead handoff and campaign fulfillment
    • Define target audience and key buyer personas, and create tailored messaging and content to nurture leads through the buying process
    • Collaborate with agency partners and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
    • Strengthen our social media presence by aiding in the development of content calendars, publishing content across platforms, and monitoring audience engagement.
    • Update and maintain website content and imagery to support content strategy and SEO efforts, ensuring a seamless user experience
    • Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic
    • Manage digital marketing requests and workload using project management software, ensuring timely execution of tasks and projects
    • Track, report, and analyze demand generation programs, tying marketing actions to results, and utilize marketing attribution models and analytics insights to optimize digital marketing efforts and drive ROI
    • Meaningfully contribute and help drive a marketing culture that is strategically oriented, creatively differentiated, data-driven and first-class in its knowledge of marketing trends and techniques
    • Stay abreast of the latest digital tools and approaches for web/mobile analytics.
    • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications & Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing, social media, and analytics
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media management tools
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and strategy
    • A solid understanding of PPC strategy, SEO, and SEM, in-platform experience a plus.

    • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
    • Effective verbal communications skills in both one-on-one and group settings
    • Curiosity about the customer buyer’s journey: key drivers, what drives awareness, conversion, and how marketing can accelerate pipeline efforts across each step of the funnel
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Passion for digital marketing trends and best practices, with a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field
    • Strong relationship management skills, operating with a high level of emotional and social intelligence
    • Ability to lead, influence, creatively problem solve, learn on the fly, and work with all levels in the organization, including executive leadership
    • Operates effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear.
    • Customer-first mindset and drive
    • Ability to travel up to 10%.
