Avery Dennison has an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and how to tell a good story across media and platforms. Partnering with the marketing team, this individual will be able to create compelling multimedia content to bring ideas to life. We’re seeking a design superstar, who is comfortable not just executing but working hand in hand with the marketing team to determine the best media and design to achieve objectives. We’re an enterprise company with a start-up mentality, and need someone to be part of a team that is changing the way we do business. This person must thrive in a rapidly changing environment and love the challenge of adopting new technologies and creating consensus across teams.

• Oversee and organize creative briefing process 
• Create multimedia materials including, but not limited to, video teasers, short product animations, mock-ups, and social media video clips.
• Provide audio/visual support for marketing events, promotions, and campaigns
• Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each is in appropriate format (e.g. frame rate, frame size, optimised for web, etc)
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Serve as a creative partner to the marketing team, helping create strategy 
• Possess active listening skills and use constructive criticism to fine-tune their work
• Manage time effectively, as well as possess the ability to communicate with managers, creative directors / web developers & ecommerce managers. to ensure deadlines are met and services are fulfilled
• Contribute to brand identity guidelines 
• Oversee photography, from creative briefing to logistics 
• Manage a network of freelancers and agencies
• Update and reinvent static design assets into dynamic animations

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of design experience, preferably with strong familiarity designing User Interfaces, web pages and web based experiences.
• Strong Experience in Adobe Creative Suite including XD, After Effects & Premiere 
• HTML, CSS
• Modern, clean, contemporary design aesthetic; illustration skills are a plus.
• Knowledge / experience with HTML & CSS is a plus.
• Experience hiring and working with freelance designers
• Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads, and thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
