    Job Description

    As a Talent Attraction Partner you will collaborate with members of the Talent Acquisition team, DEI office, and internal and external stakeholders to proactively build and grow our pipeline of ready-now talent within one of the respective areas:

    • Technical Talent: Engineering, Information Technology, Research & Development (R&D), Sustainability, and Manufacturing Operations
    • G&A (Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain & Procurement, Legal, etc.)

    You’ll also have an opportunity to help design and manage strategic recruitment projects connected to our DEI strategy. This role will require you to proactively build relationships with internal stakeholders, passive candidates, and diverse external partners (social and professional networking organizations, vendors, etc.). You’ll also be expected to leverage talent intelligence, recruitment marketing, and talent sourcing tools as a regular part of your work week in support of our overall talent delivery strategy.

    This is a hybrid role that will work at least three days in the office and allow for up to two days/week remote.

    Responsibilities:

    • Function as the Talent Attraction subject matter expert within assigned functional areas, collaborating with other members of the TA Center of Excellence, marketing & communications
    • Develop and execute forward-thinking candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies to generate diverse pipelines of ready-now talent for critical roles proactively and in response to critical open roles
    • Collaborate with TA Leadership Team (TA-LT) to refresh, develop (where necessary) and manage our talent communities including defining, establishing, and deploying a connected communication strategy
    • Identify and participate in industry organizations, networking events (virtual & in-person) to amplify Avery Dennison's presence in the marketplace with the goal of attracting talent
    • Collaborate and partner with the TA-LT to build sourcing-enablement resources, facilitate talent attraction-related training, and support short and long term hiring related goals and initiatives.
    • Continuously look to improve hiring outcomes by contributing ideas and participating in projects to enhance the stakeholder and customer experience, improve processes, tools and technology.
    • Collaborate with the marketing communications team to develop and deploy content to engage talent pipelines.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Avery Dennison has a long history of being a market leader. Your history is important to us. It should include the following:

    • Bachelor’s Degree is required
    • 4+ years of experience developing and executing talent sourcing, recruitment marketing and recruiting strategies is required.
    • Experience building and executing attraction strategies for the following skills is strongly preferred: technical (engineering/IT/R&D/Sustainability/Operations) and/or G&A (Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain)
    • An active AIRS certification (or similar) is strongly preferred.

    The potential salary range for this position is $63,075 - $94,192 / year.

    The hiring range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
