Job Description
The Manager Automation US leads and develops the regional automation team to assure timely and accurate item setups for ordering and production. Collaborates with other Managers to continuously design, implement and revamp processes to improve quality and performance.
Project & Resource Management
Analytics, Reporting, Documentation
Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the team and own tasks such as: attendance/vacation schedule, claims, training, coaching, development and performance reviews.
Administer and execute policies and procedures that typically affect individual subordinate employees
Communicate/Collaborate with other functions/departments
Execute procedures or processes to ensure task completion with quality and schedule
Improve procedures and processes to improve team’s productivity, quality, and/or reduce costs
Provide guidance and support for new customer programs and initiatives or complex problems
Ensure adherence of existing standards such as coding conventions, procedures, operational manuals and consistency of formatting, etc.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of setups on a global basis for all automation maintained programmes
Manage Equipment Contracts & Maintenance (Lab), Purchase of Supplies (Ink Ribbons)
Issue Tracking & Reporting (Smartrack, Remedy/ServiceNow)
