Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Team Leader who will assist in guiding and managing our team. Your goal will be leading by setting a good example and engaging the team to help it achieve its goals. Your duties will include daily supervision٫ management and motivation of team members.
Salary range: $38000 - $48000 per year.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help to setup an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Oversee daily operations٫ delegating tasks and setting deadlines.
Set clear team goals and motivate team members.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Interact with team members to receive their feedback and help resolving any problems.
Develop and maintain team building activities.
Supervise team performance and prepare reports on its metrics.
Qualifications
BS or BA in a related field٫ degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Practical knowledge of performance metrics is an asset.
Ability to multitask while staying organized with strong attention to detail and superior communication skills.
