    Job Description

    As an Associate Brand Manager, you will serve as the critical interface between our key retail and apparel clients and our sales and product development teams. This position is responsible for bringing a portfolio of intelligent, innovative and sustainable solutions to life for our clients. You will be in charge of defining new program requirements, managing the full product development process, maintaining inventory and sales reports, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Your role and focus are centered around serving our customers’ end to end needs and providing true partnership with an entrepreneurial mindset and independent confidence.

    Your Responsibilities

    1. Understand customer’s business model and goals to enable their success.
    2. Initiate and coordinate the product development process from customer briefing to final approval, deployment and order acceptance.
    3. Managing the end to end sales process, including inventory reports, customer sales reports, and product development trackers using digital systems and processes (Oracle SalesCloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Eloqua, pricing and product specification tooling).
    4. Prepare global price proposals and escalate price approval in competitive bidding processes.
    5. Resolve order, quality, or deployment issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
    6. Utilize social selling techniques to engage with potential customers, build relationships, and generate leads.
    7. Maintain strong customer relationships, answer questions, and provide detailed information about our services.
    8. Participate in store audits, customer meetings, and maintain account planners.
    9. Stay current on industry trends and product innovations.
    10. Work collaboratively across different teams to support sales growth and product development.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge gained through training and experience, majors in business management or sales strongly preferred.
    2. Interest in and excitement to learn the Apparel industry, products and practices.
    3. Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
    4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
    5. Proficiency in technical and digital skills, including use of Google Suite, ERP (Oracle preferred), pricing tools, product/customer databases.
    6. Strong data analytics skill set to drive decision-making; comfortable with quantitative analysis and storytelling using data.
    7. Flexible attitude with hunger to learn and grow your career within a global Fortune 500 organization.
