  • Responsibilities
    • Maintain inventory in storeroom, store inbound shipments and log them in. Work with Maintenance department and production to obtain necessary materials, parts, etc to repair, operate and maintain equipment.  Administer notification/ work orders, preventative maintenance program, RCFAs, and work administration. Leads and\or supports CI Projects for Operations as required
    • +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | - Inventory Management – Purchasing – for MRO, and ICG | | - Populate BOM, Receive Materials, Cycle Counts, Accountable for | | tracking and eliminating parts expediting and store value, Account | | for material usage & Builds kits | | - Processes vendor/outside repairs & prioritize assignments and tasks, | | with equipment downtime taking first priority | | - Adds new parts to the system. | | - Examines incoming materials and supplies to verify conformance to | | order specifications. | | - Expedites shipment of critical materials and supplies as needed. | | - Preforms periodic audits of product movement and inventory location | | to ensure accuracy. | | - May determine methods of storage, stock identification, and stock | | location; while taking into account temperature, humidity, height | | and weight limits, turnover, floor load capacities, and required | | space of material. | | - Assure all notifications/ Activity reports are entered properly | | (work with all individuals to train as needed) | | - Assure all WOs are completed properly (labor, parts, costs, etc.). | | - Prepare for all PMs by gathering all notifications and work orders, | | prioritizing, assuring all necessary parts are in house, and putting | | together the PM priority list | | - Review MMR drawings and make recommendations for parts | | consolidations | | - Assist Maintenance and Die Techs with troubleshooting issues | | - Coordinate shipment of equipment/parts other plants or vendors | | - Lead and Support Press & Gluer Performance Projects & Trouble | | Shooting Support | | - Provide Maintenance On-Call Support for Off Shifts, Weekends and | | Vacations | | - Shares an obligation to protect and strengthen Graphic Packaging | | International’s good reputation in our relationships with customers, | | employees, suppliers, competitors, investors, and governmental | | agencies, and to act consistently with our core values: Integrity, | | Respect, Accountability, Relationships, and Teamwork | | - Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF). | | - Other duties as assigned. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+

    Required Skills

    • Computer experience (MP2, SAP, Word, Excel, etc.), procurement experience, good interaction skills, and inventory experience.
    • High School Diploma, GED
    • Ability to use a computer proficiently, including SAP, MS Word, Outlook, Excel. Ability to work any shift, including 12 hours, evenings and weekends

    Ability to work safe in stressful situations

     

    Required Experience

     

    • 5 Years Engineering Support experience
