Where the Chemistry Happens The 2019 Summer Internship Program at BASFs Geismar sites in Louisiana was created to provide highly motivated, mobile-minded current university students an opportunity to enhance their professional skills through a variety of diverse learning experiences. Participants will contribute to real-world assignments that add value to business, explore career options and develop technical and professional decision-making skills. Participants also have the opportunity to assess their capabilities, skills, and interests and gain valuable exposure to BASF's culture, values, and decision-makers. Program Summary: * As a highly motivated graduate student, you will participate in a 10 to 12-week internship based in Geismar, Louisiana * Interns will be matched to assignments in various areas within operations, maintenance, engineering, and EHS. * Upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to join our talent pipeline for consideration of future opportunities within the organization, including full-time positions * Potential start dates are May 2019.
