Salary- 50-55k.

THIS POSITION INCLUDES A COMPANY VEHICLE AND A FUEL CARD (A 20K VALUE BENEFIT).

We are seeking a creative and process-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join an amazing company that strives to make people smile every single day.

Bath Fitter started out 38 years ago in Montreal, Canada, and has grown into over 250 North American franchises. We are in growth mode and need an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator who thrives on coordinating marketing projects. She/He will assist the Head of Marketing with developing the Bath Fitter brand and market share across the 6 branches.

The Marketing Coordinator is required to perform a range of duties including:

• Managing the lead source portal daily and communicating the results to the various stakeholders
• Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing data from our CRM
• Assisting in the development of online and traditional marketing campaigns
• Negotiating, coordinating and managing all tradeshows & fairs
• Preparing marketing budgets and tracking expenses
• Creation of the marketing library folder and maintaining the brand guidelines for all marketing collateral
• Contributing to existing marketing campaigns for the various branches
• Manage and prioritize a variety of tasks

Requirements:

3 + years marketing coordinator experience within a wide range of marketing functions including communications, advertising, digital marketing and social media.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines

Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple assignments

Must be willing to work with awesome people
