    . System Program Management Intern Your tasks and responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role, System Program Management Intern, are to: Work cross functionally with various Commercial teams (both office and field based) and broader Bayer stakeholders to identify improvement initiatives formulate a plan to execute and deliver on them; Support related projects working closely with R&D and Product Supply colleagues to deliver products and or process improvements; Apply engineering and business knowledge to assess current and improve existing process, specifically systems engineering methodology; Support Commercial Project Teams to coordinate and track implementation of product releases to field based teams; Support the Project Manager(s) with day-to-day activities related to maintaining status updates, formulating project plans, assisting with documentation, leading meetings, and working with breakout teams on specific topics; Assist various teams with process mapping, update/creation of standard operating procedures (SOP) and/or procedures. More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelors or Graduate degree in: Engineering, Healthcare Information Technology or Business in a discipline such as Systems, Computer Science, Biomedical, Healthcare Information Technology, or similar technical degree. Minimum completion of junior year. GPA of 3.0 or above. Foundational technical knowledge acquired through school curriculum (i.e. knowledge of systems, and/or engineering, IT fundamentals). Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with other personnel. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Previous internship with Bayer Radiology Willing and able to commit to the 11 week internship schedule. Preferred Qualifications: Leadership skills demonstrated through involvement in previous work experience, extracurricular, community service activities.
