BE Aerospace's Commercial Aircraft Segment is seeking a energetic, self-starters for a position of Materials Analyst with our Seating Manufacturing facility in Winston-Salem, NC. Scope: This position is primarily accountable for assisting supervisors in reviewing and assisting with clearing pick discrepancies reported by the material team. This will transition into assisting with identifying cause so that supervisors can work to improve process and procedures. Responsibilities: - Reviewing picks and pick discrepancies - Investigate inventory discrepancies to determine cause and implement correction - Investigate incorrect pick discrepancies reported by assembly lines to determine cause and implement correction - Provide feedback to supervisors for picking and put away as necessary to assist with corrective actions as required - Work with purchasing to resolve receipt discrepancies - Expedite parts through receiving, inspection, and put away as necessary to support assembly lines - Assist supervisors with replenishment and material movement - Provide support for pick audits and inventory reconciling - Other duties as assigned Education and Experience: - Associates degree or 2 years of equivalent experience - Formal training in problem solving preferred - 1+ years in manufacturing environment preferably in the material handling area - Self-directed - Strong math skills - Strong written and oral communications skills EOE/Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
