KBC is division of Knorr-Bremse, AG a Munich Germany based global leader in the design and manufacture of Brakes, Doors, HVAC, and on-Board OEM systems, aftermarket spare parts, overhaul & maintenance services for the Mass Transit Rail. Major responsibilities of the position include the following: 1. Workplace Support Desktop and mobile device management and troubleshooting Microsoft AD administration Local IT applications and projects Documentation of processes 2. Technical Infrastructure Networking solutions Servers and operating systems 3. Business Applications Interface with business users and analyze business processes SAP and other application support and troubleshooting Education and Experience: Current College student preferably studying Information Systems, Info Management Systems, and/or Computer Science. GPA 3.0 or higher. Ability to complete two consecutive semesters or more (Spring/Summer/Fall) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, and PowerPoint preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, motivated, and detail orientated This is a paid internship.
