• Location: MOUNTAINTOP, PA + Education Required: Some College Coursework Completed + Experience Required: None RESPONSIBILITIES: + Assist in development and implementation of action items to improve site proficiency Foundational Framework Elements. + Provide timeline for completion of improvement actions. + Monitor and provide weekly updates during daily Management Meeting. + Assist in implementation of 5-S specific activities to improve Element 7 deficiencies. This will change the scoring with a target of 2.3 by end of fiscal year. + Policies & Procedures - Assist in revising Health & Safety policies and procedures to include, but not be limited to, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Communication, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) + EHS Action Plan - Assist in monitoring and evaluating completion of Tasks in site plan, helping to improve effective communication with employees, provide data for Incident Reviews, and be involved in FLL program. + Safety 101 Onboarding - assist in monitoring training criteria and updating tracking mechanisms for all new employees. Work with Department Managers in keeping all training current and up-to-date. + Assist in incident investigations, corrective action development, timely completion of corrective actions, and weekly review of CAPA status. + Perform hazard analysis for job tasks, personal protective equipment needs, and machine specific safety compliance. + Assist in presenting information during monthly safety meetings, monthly safety committee meetings and EHS conference calls. + Assist in agency inspection.
