Work Hours: 6:50 a.m. - 7 p.m. (3 - 4 day rotation per week) Starting Pay: $15 hour Duties and Responsibilities * Assists with set up and operation of extrusion equipment in accordance with established guidelines * Properly seals, labels, and assembles materials and product by hand or with assistance of machinery * Prepares, packs, and stages finished product for shipment * Inspection of finished product to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards * Performs Operator duties as required * Informs Production Supervisor, Team Leader or Maintenance of equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime * Completes accurate production reporting and recordkeeping * Handles, transports, and processes product and materials * Maintains safe and clean work environment * Observes all Plant safety, quality and production policies * Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * High school diploma or equivalent required * 1+ years manufacturing experience strongly preferred * Mechanical and trouble shooting ability * General process and equipment knowledge * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted * Good verbal and writing skills * Good general math skills * Ability to work collaboratively with others Berry Global offers a comprehensive benefits package including: * Health insurance * Life insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * Educational reimbursement * Paid vacations and holidays * Profit Sharing Bonus * Employee Referral Bonus Berry Global, Inc - 7 hours ago - save job - original job Apply Now Apply On Company Site Save this job
