Our goal is to bring exciting change to the plateand Beyond. OVERVIEW This is a part-time internship position, reporting to the Consumer Care Manager. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the highest level of service to our consumers. This means providing thorough support and knowledge of all things Beyond Meat while collecting actionable data to evolve and improve growing areas of consumer response. Were seeking candidates who are local to Los Angeles, currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, and have the ability to work 10-20 hours/week (which can be flexibly scheduled with Beyond Meat). RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a referral-worthy consumer experience via email, phone,and social media Own tickets in Zendesk portal including email, phone, Facebook and Twitter resolving all issues in a timely manner Field tickets to appropriate departments and escalate issues appropriately to ensure effective resolutions Work with Consumer Care Manager to evolve macros to include bold and witty copy in an effort to efficiently address frequently asked questions and recurring inquiries Help identify shifting consumer trends and quality concerns Brainstorm ways to deepen consumer relationships and creative ways to surprise and delight consumers Assist marketing team with various tasks including, but not limited to, sending out Beyond Meat swag, coupons,and samples QUALIFICATIONS A positive consumer-centric attitude Strong written and oral communication skills Highly organized; ameticulous eye for detail Self-motivated takes initiative and isnt afraid to carve out new responsibilities An interest in the food industry is a plus Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and local to Los Angeles Preferably studying Marketing/Communications or a similar field WORK ENVIRONMENT 10-20 hours/week, office environment Frequent sitting at a desk, communication-using computer and phone.
