The scope of these responsibilities include: providing superior customer service, answering general inquires, providing peer group results, and technical support escalation. Responsibilities What you will need for this role: Education: Minimum high school graduate. Some college, professional education or a college degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience providing customer service in a call center environment along with applied experience within a ticketing system is preferred.
