This is for a 12-week internship position from June – August 2021

SUMMARY

The summer intern will be working in R&D Contracts, a centralized function with R&D that supports the end-to-end contracting process for various functions while ensuring compliance and adherence to global policies

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Including but not limited to:

• Reviewing various sources of information relating to contracting and R&D
• Understanding the contracting lifecycle and the various cross-functional organizations we need to interact with
• Will be building a website to be utilized by the R&D organization that aggregates various information that in current state are spread throughout Synapse and team sites.

Qualifications

To participate in the Biogen Internship Program, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Grade point average of 3.2 or higher preferred
• At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
• Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university

EDUCATION

2nd or 3rd year student studying towards obtaining BA or BS

Might be interested in pursuing something in the field of Legal/Law

Proficient in/prior knowledge in building a SharePoint site
