About This Role
Biogen is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) to educate HCPs and staff on non-clinical barriers to help support their patients with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Post-Partum Depression (PPD). The ideal candidate should be collaborative, strategic, and results-driven, with expertise in billing, coding, reimbursement, pharmacy distribution models, and patient access support programs. The role will involve engaging with stakeholders in both in-office and virtual settings.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be a critical member of the field-based Neuropsychiatry team responsible for building cross-functional partnerships to enable market access initiatives. You will establish, build, and maintain touch points with critical stakeholders to advance key access and reimbursement objectives and strategies in a compliant manner. You will be focused on educating healthcare providers and their patients by leveraging your expertise in federal and private payer markets, national/regional payer policies, prior authorizations, pharmacy distribution models and patient access support programs.

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is $131,000 to $211,000. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, job related years of relevant experience, internal equity, and location of the job. Additionally, this role is eligible for participation in Biogen’s LTI grants and other incentive programs.
