Job Description

This is a full-time co-op role from July - December 2021 based in Cambridge, MA

Biogen is seeking a video production Co-op for our Corporate Affairs department. The candidate will be responsible for assisting our video team with various projects that will include brand campaigns, organizing video assets in Biogen’s asset library, and assisting with video production projects and requests. We’re looking for someone with a great creative eye and an enthusiasm for video storytelling who can thrive in an energetic corporate environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Video Production Lead to shoot, edit and produce videos for a variety of uses, channels and needs
• Manage digital assets
• Assist in management of video studio
• Brainstorm creative ideas for compelling Biogen video content

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

To participate in the Biogen Co-op Program, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Enrollment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, returning to the academic program following Biogen co-op assignment
• Minimum grade point average of 3.2 (preferred)
• At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop. After Effects preferred.)
• Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• Experience with video cameras and lighting equipment
• Ability to recognize story potential and independently develop video assets.

EDUCATION:
