ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Sr. Manager of Customer and Market Insights role will be a proactive thought partner responsible for driving insights, understanding of the therapeutic area and brand performance by leveraging both primary and secondary data assets to generate insights and execute projects which produce actionable insights for the business. In this role, you will be responsible for generating insights primarily through HCP/Patient market research, partnerships with other analytical functions (i.e. Advanced Analytics, Multi-Channel Excellence, Patient Services, Field Excellence) and analysis of brand/sales performance data. Ability to formulate and develop hypotheses to drive the business forward aligned to business strategic priorities and goals.

This individual can draft synthesized outputs which provide actionable insights to drive performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating an impact through learning, self-development and continuing to grow via solving business problems.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS
EDUCATION: B.S. required; MBA preferred
