Job Description
Biogen is in search of 2 Key Customer Managers to support the Multiple Sclerosis Franchise. Each KCM will be responsible for 2 of 4 territories in the East Region (Mid Atlantic, Ohio Valley, New York City, and Northeast). Responsible territories to be determined based on candidate location and qualifications.
The Key Customer Manager (KCM) has three primary strategic imperatives for Biogen, (1) Shaping the MS Treatment Dialogue, (2) Improving the customer experience with Biogen, and (3) Increase the awareness of the Biogen MS portfolio.
The KCM is responsible for the development of the Key Medical Expert (KME) and Key Account engagement plans, in collaboration with the respective Regional Sales Director, to ensure long term success of the Biogen MS portfolio at the Division and Account Level.
The KCM is responsible for facilitating a ONE BIOGEN strategic engagement approach for the key accounts in their territory. They will identify opportunities and evolving trends that create collaborations where patient access to care increases and quality of care improves.
The KCM is responsible for maintaining a network of top KMEs, Prescribers and Administrators in order to understand and collaborate on account needs, and to identify opportunity for expanded partnerships.
The KCM is expected to interact routinely and collaboratively with the local sales leaders and cross-functional partners (inclusive of marketing, managed care and patient services) to improve engagement in the accounts and increase Biogen trust and value with our Key Customers.

The base compensation range for this role is $144,400 to $209,400. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, job-related years of relevant experience, internal equity, and location of the job. Additionally, this role is eligible for participation in Biogen’s LTI grants and other incentive programs.
