BioMarin will continue to focus on advancing therapies that are the first or best of their kind.(O:P) -Intern Project Description: The Utility Operations group summer intern will work on two major projects over the 3-month internship. -Safety - Lock Out Tag Out Program: -Lead and/or support a project to develop equipment specific LOTO documents. -Assessment of multiple electrical and P&ID drawings: -Identify LOTO points, and applicable methods -Liaise with safety, administrative, and engineering for review and approval -Develop documents for routine LOTO work -Track and coordinate progress on activities -Report progress to leadership and frontline staff -Compliance - Facility Inspection Readiness Program support -Support development of inspection readiness policy and programs -Review floor plans and execute field walks to determine currents state of utility spaces -Perform assessments based on risk management to identify high potential areas for noncompliance -Develop documents for routine and non-routine utility space surveillance by frontline staff -Identification and profiling of gaps to develop action items -Report progress to leadership and frontline staff Qualifications/Requirements Strategic, analytical, proactive, collaborative and strong communication skills -: -(SPAN) -Work Schedule -(P)
