    Financial Planning & Analysis MBA Intern Location: USA - CA - Sunnyvale Division: Finance # of Openings: 1 Description Job Description: Financial Planning & Analysis MBA Intern Bloom Energy, a solid oxide fuel cell company, is looking for a highly motivated Financial Planning & Analysis MBA Intern to join its world class team. This individual should be a dynamic professional who is looking for a rewarding future in one of todays most exciting technologies. The FP&A Intern will work with a broad range of Blooms stakeholders, within and beyond the Finance group, including Operations and Engineering functions, senior management and strategic business partners. The successful candidate will participate in both regularly cadenced forecasting and close activities, and will lead a project based initiative to support the maturation of Blooms FP&A processes.   The interns summer objectives will support the analysis and management decisions required for Bloom to optimally manage the companys financial resources.  Location: This position will be based in Sunnyvale, CA Compensation : This is a paid internship Start Date: Flexible This is a 10-12 week summer internship Role and Responsibilities: Lead an initiative that supports the further maturation of Blooms service/install financial processes as well as  manufacturing finance processes  including building up operations and finance  database and trend analysis, business case scenario modeling and help with system launch/implementation Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis for senior management Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field Pursuing an MBA (or equivalent) or graduated from an MBA program within the last 6 months Strong analytical and critical thinker Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to synthesize complex financial information for senior management Collaborative and team-oriented Ability to interact with a wide variety of Bloom stakeholders, including engineering and operations functions, senior management and external partners Highly-driven and self-motivated Ability to think creatively Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills About Bloom Energy: Bloom Energy will make clean, reliable energy affordable for everyone in the world.
