WHO'S IN THE KITCHEN Were looking for an entry-level Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team in our fulfillment center in Arlington, TX. Ideally, you're looking to progress your career in Human Resources with a quickly growing start-up! WHAT'S ON THE MENU Maintain employee files and paperwork (on-boarding paperwork, I-9 documentation, payroll, etc. Assist the HR Manager with administering our benefit programs (open enrollment, ongoing employee support/guidance, etc.) Manage our HRIS software, Kronos (employee documentation, time keeping and payroll) Complete employment verification requests Maintain employee confidentiality with all employee information/files Assist the recruiting team with sourcing and screening applicants NECESSARY INGREDIENTS Up to 2 years human resources or administrative experience Bachelors degree in HR required, preferred Highly organized and detail oriented Self-starter who demonstrates initiative Bilingual preferred (Spanish or French) Blue Apron provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
