Develop and interpret financial strategies for modeling of internal pricing and cost controls for international products; mail and parcels. Assist in conducting technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance; ie; margin.

Lead the team roles in gathering, analyzing, preparing summarizing recommendations for international routing optimizations of a portfolio of products and services. Conduct routine economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, currency fluctuations, depreciation/amortization, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental and industry requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

_Work is typically performed under executive leadership, guidance from direct manager/supervisor about the work that needs to be completed and how to complete some team assignments. Able to exercise moderate level of discretion and latitude in completing tasks and prioritizing work. Work is typically completed by following established policies and procedures.  _

• Prepares and analyzes income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and various other accounting statements and reports
• Analyzes financial reports, making studies or recommendations relative to the retention of revenues and margin, etc.
• Coordinates accounting matters with other departments, locations, and plant
• Performs standard financial analyses on business and product trends to determine rates of margin etc.
• Prepares forecasts and analyses on business sales activity; quotes to close trends.
• Prepare product line profitability analyses.
• Oversee and review day-to-day activities of the pricing and margin activities.
• Support collaboration on RFP submissions. 
• Oversees analysis of sales data to the client level to proactively address margin performance, investigate for root cause, item weights, mail format, geographical distribution and content and work with related teams to provide solutions and/or direction to solve those issues.
• Lead the team of analysts in vendor increase expectations; review of client prices and recommendations and implementation of new prices. 
•   Insure integrity of vendor cost tables and internal codes specific to product specifications; item weight, formal and content within independent operating system(s) and maintains integrity of pricing effective dates and collaborate on product; mail, parcels, routing matrixes to maintain financial targets and service performance.
• Assists department managers with budgeting process. Plan, develop, prepare, input and maintain company's budgets. Team member in budgets to include monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, and financial targets
• Serves as resource for local facility in application of RR Donnelley finance practices.
