    Campaign Automation & CRM Specialist (12 month Contract) Description: __ Is an expert in Campaign Automation Programming and the use of CRM functionality to enable integrated customer campaigns. Oversees all Adobe Campaign automation programming of Boehringer Ingelheim Canada Ltd (BICL) campaigns including testing and on-going monitoring/maintenance of campaign automation performance. Provide CRM training and support to the Field Force on the use of Veeva functionality to enable campaigns. Support the Digital Platform & CRM Manager in identifying new Adobe Campaign and Veeva system requirements and process improvements to make campaign automation more effective and efficient, while also supporting the testing of new functionality and software upgrades. __ Responsibilities: __ * Expert on the use of Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target to automate the implementation of integrated customer campaigns. Manages all BICL campaign automation programming via 3rd party/BI delivery unit . Is responsible for campaign flow testing prior to launch, campaign change requests, as well as regular monitoring and maintenance of current campaign automation performance and reporting. Ensures all campaigns follow agreed upon business rules across brands/Therapeutic Areas (TA's). * Expert on the use of Veeva CRM functionality and processes to execute integrated customer campaigns (ex. MCCP, Veeva Suggestions, FUeM, MyInsights, CSV data loads, etc.) Provides CRM training to new employee as well as on-going training to all customer facing teams in order to optimize the implementation and management of campaigns. Supports Digital Platform & CRM manager in ensuring customer facing teams follow business rules for implementation of campaigns across brands/TAs. * Supports Digital Platform and CRM Manager in identifying system, process and business rule enhancements and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency and evolve our ways of working. Actively manages the Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Veeva CRM Functionality for campaigns to ensure adherence to platform governance rules, processes, and data integrity. Supports testing of new campaign functionality as well as testing current functionality when system/software upgrades are introduced. * Provides customer service support to the field force on the use of Veeva functionality to enable campaigns as well as on campaign and digital asset performance overall (ex. CLM shows, FUeM, BI Website issues, etc.). Provides back-up to other CRM specialists during vacation periods/absences. __ Qualifications: __ * University degree (preferably in computer science engineering). * 3-5 Years Experience in CRM system support and/or marketing automation programming with specific experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Veeva CRM systems preferred Work in highly regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, etc.) Demonstrated strengths in managing technical projects, influencing without authority, verbal and written communications skills.
