    Strategy and Performance Management Intern Fall 2018 BOMBARDIER At

The Strategy and Performance Management Intern will be responsible for working in a team environment to provide support in assisting with special projects and processes. Projects provide exposure to current matters facing the department and/or operating business groups. This internship experience will allow individuals to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to real-world business experiences. In your role, you will: * Prepare and update weekly and monthly Delivery governance reviews on behalf of the management team * Assist in creating templates and material and perform analysis for management team ad-hoc demands * Collect data and support strategic analyses for the Delivery network to increase competitiveness, revenue, increase margin or reduce costs (timeline, benchmark, financial analysis, competitive intelligence) As our ideal candidate, * You are currently completing a Bachelor's degree or have recently graduated and pursuing a Masters degree in Management, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Engineering, or other related field at a recognized University * You have completed a minimum of 2 years of studies in degree program (or 1 year for Masters) * You have accumulated a minimum of 12 months of work experience and/or internships in a related field (e.g. Finance, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, Strategic Planning) * You can work autonomously by being well organized and planning your time * You can take the initiative to do things without it being asked * You can analyze, organize and synthesize complex information on your own * You have strong analytical skills and a good business acumen * You can build corporate presentation for executive management * You are assertive and have a clear drive for results * You have computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, databases, email, and web-based applications * You have strong communication skills (written and verbal)

    • You are a good team worker and are highly reliable * You have the availability to work Monday Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (average 20-30 hrs/week) Please note: Relocation or housing assistance is not available for this position.
