Also to bring a strong drive to deliver to customer expectations and communicate openly when necessary. Above all be driven to improve quality, delivery, and cost aspects related to the below responsibilities of the role: * Meet customer requirements, while minimizing obsolescence, manage product changes (e.g. introductions and engineering changes) with: Customer, Sales and Supplying plant * Support, identify, and communicate corrective actions in case of deviations and claims * Design and optimize the appropriate material supply chain and service level to the customer, coordinate information between Customer, Sales and Supplying plants; incl. lead and support in customer and internal CIP projects Specifically: * Handling of customer planning activities in 2 or more warehouses in parallel within automotive industry * Customer and supplier planning for OEM and tier 1 customers, including being first contact for customer in logistics aspects * Create delivery plans for customers and establish order forecast within planning tools * Develop internal sales plan * Develop procurement plans with suppliers, including forecast demand towards suppliers * Complete Inventory management, including ABC Classification of parts and optimization of planning parameter * Manage bottleneck situations and supply issues * Monitor and control customer performance metrics, including maintenance of customer portal * Project management: Ensure safe launch of new projects and correct setup of planning tools (e.g. SAP master data) * Life cycle management of products ensure proper management of ramp up and phase out of products * Coordinate physical movement of material in case of deviation in supply chain Qualifications Basic Requirements: * Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Field of Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Engineering. * Must have a minimum of 3+ years'experience in Supply Chain Management or Materials Planning in automotive industry * Must have 1+ years of experience handling SAP logistics applications * Must possess 1+ years of experience in Customer Account Management Preferred: * Strong analytical skills and result focused * Strong written and verbal communication, as well as strong customer service skills * Some experience with buying/ purchasing * Flexible worker: Operates well working both independently and in a team environment * Comprehensive knowledge in inventory control methods (e.g. MRP, leveling, PFEP, etc.)
