Support analysis of Customer field returns for potential safety issues a. Receive products from shipping and update database b. Take products apart and evaluate to verify customer report with Engineer mentoring c. Complete Field Return Reports and review with Engineer. 2. Work with Engineers to perform testing on new product prototypes 3. Perform General lab maintenance Skills: nbsp; 1. Hands on and willing to get hands dirty taking apart products and performing tests 2. Proactive with good verbal and written communication skills 3.
