Responsibilities:Operate computer-based assembly equipment to assemble optical subsystem to meet production and quality goals in a cleanroom environment.Follow Quality management procedures and identify quality issuesMaintain a clean and safe working environment Interface appropriately with team to processing wafers and components Conduct preventative maintenance and SPC activitiesPerform other duties as requiredQualification and Experience:High School diploma with 2 - 4 years of related experience preferredMust be able to perform repetitive hand activities including fine manipulation of microscopic parts and wafersMust be able to perform light lifting and carrying dutiesMust be able to sit and stand for an extended period of time (3-5 hrs)Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience in a Clean Room environment and/or operation of wafer-based manufacturing equipment or similar is preferredWorking Conditions:Perform duties in a clean room environment, which requires special protective-outer garments (provided by the company) to maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
