Brunswick Leadership Development Program Internship Job Description: The Opportunity Designed to provide an exciting and challenging glimpse into general management, Brunswicks Leadership Development Program Interns will work on critical business issues and opportunities alongside business leaders. The internship will give you a sense of how a full-time position within the Leadership Development Program as a Manager of Strategy and Business Development could look. This experience will develop your leadership skills as well as your strategic and project management expertise. Program Details Participants will work on a project or a culmination of projects during their 10 week internship which may be specific to strategy, business development, marketing, or another functional role. Interns will work closely with our executive management team, as well as our strategy, business development, marketing, finance, and sales departments to address a variety of business issues and/or opportunities. Responsibilities will include managing and/or participating on cross-functional teams, conducting research, analyzing data and ultimately making recommendations to our leadership team(s). Professional Development Opportunities The Leadership Development Program Internship is sponsored directly by Brunswicks Vice President of Strategy and closely monitored by the executive leadership of Brunswick. During your 10-week internship, you will join with others in your internship class and those currently in the Full-Time Leadership Development Program for programming and development sessions. These include exposure to various Brunswick businesses, a deeper understanding of our growth strategy, targeted development planning including 1:1 coaching, and the opportunity to work in teams on key strategic projects culminating in a presentation of findings to our Senior Management Team. Qualifications: * Successful candidates will have varying backgrounds, but common characteristics will include 4-6 years of relevant functional or industry experience, leadership capabilities and financial acumen * They will be excellent communicators with a passion for our products and the creativity and proactive nature needed to drive results * Given the companys strategy to develop leaders for the entire corporation, those with geographic mobility will be more attractive during the selection process * We are looking for candidates who not only fit the programs hiring needs, but also for people who will be successful in multiple divisions of the Company * For international students, Brunswick does consider immigration sponsorship for full-time eligible positions We are the people behind lifes passions.
