Have what it takes? Join us. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will support the Product Management team in managing product lines within the Digital Experience team. Directly responsible for planning and executing specific product segments, and works closely with the Product Manager to drive new product development and global product launches. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES * Supports Product Manager in financial management of Brand categories, including analysis of profitability, growth and user behavior. * Partnering with UX and software development team to execute product releases * Performing quality testing of the product prior to release * Writing Product Requirement Documents * Identify risks, issues and drive them to mitigation/resolution as required * Produce presentations and status reports to keep partners and team members aligned on priorities and deliverables * Conduct open channels of communication between all team members * Participate in cross-functional teams that execute projects from the development phase through to product launch and beyond. Teams may include representatives from engineering, industrial design, finance, quality sourcing, manufacturing, testing, service, sales, marketing, quality and international. * Provide assistance to the global sales force through product training and education. * Performs competitive and internal category analysis within specific product segments. * Track domestic and international trends within product categories, segments, channels and industry. * Assist in the interface between Brand Management, Customer Support Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to establish and maintain processes for escalating product problems towards resolution. * Assist in the interface between Brand Management, Customer Support Services, and Supply Chain to establish and maintain customer satisfaction level for new installations. * Conduct domestic and international market research, including field visits, surveys and conjoint analysis to identify customer and end user needs. * Performs other related duties as required. REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE * 1-2 years business experience or product related * Must possess skills in leadership/decision making, analytical and communication EDUCATION B.A. required We are the people behind lifes passions.
