What you’ll be doing:
Managing a high volume of in-bound and out-bound calls from patients, hospitals, and insurance carriers to resolve patient accounts and humanize the patient experience
Researching alternate insurance or payment options available while navigating and updating multiple patient accounting systems
Assessing caller status to ensure the protection of patient privacy and compliance with State and Federal guidelines
The best fit for this job is someone who:
Has previous customer service and/or collections experience
Has demonstrated proficiency operating and utilizing multiple internal and external collections systems and reporting mechanisms in order to ensure account resolution
Possesses excellent communication skills – no fear of the phones!
Has the ability to identify an issue, examine options, and provide effective solutions
Has a high school diploma or equivalent
Has the ability to productively work remotely, including:
Dedicated quiet and private workspace

We offer a competitive total compensation package comprised of a base salary range and incentive. This provides the opportunity for your compensation to grow as you develop within the role. The base salary range for this role is between $18 and $28 per hour, and is dependent upon your specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
