    For Grugliasco site, that follows MASERATI, FIAT, ALFA ROMEO AND JEEP Customers, we are looking for the PROJECT LEADER position.

    As a Project Leader, you will report directly to the Product Engineering Manager, lead the Seating development activity for a complete car in accordance with the Customer & Legal specification. Ensure the development timing and development cost defined per the Program target and commitment.

    Responsibility area:

    • Technical responsible for the complete car seating development and technical content
    • Technical interface to Customer, Supplier and internal departments
    • Lead internal team meeting with Product engineer
    • Lead the Engineering Open issue list on a weekly basis
    • Read and understand Customer specifications
    • Full understand the legal requirement for seat components
    • Support the sub component specification creation to reach Customer specifications
    • Support DFMEA for new products
    • Lead Product change management and control per Engineering and Organization procedures
    • Check and release Component and Assembly Drawings
    • Prepare and present technical presentations
    • Support to Prepare and Run design reviews
    • Support Test/FEA matrix
    • Analyze FEA results and define design changes
    • Analyze test results and define design changes
    • Align control plans together with Lear Supplier Quality and Central Quality
    • Support VA/VE proposals implementation
    • Support manufacturing PFMEA

    Required Skills

    • Fluency in Italian and in English languages
    • Excellent leadership skills and teamwork skills
    • Strong customer focus
    • Extremely focus on getting the things done

    Required Experience

    • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
    • At least 5 years of experience in project development. It will be a plus coming from automotive sector
