General Summary This role oversees the trade promotion management system data and hierarchies, solves problems for user community, helps with business plan development, and conducts training of the TPM system. It requires a strong aptitude in systems, data hierarchies, and masterdata management, as well as basic understanding in business analytics and trade mechanics between retailers and manufacturers. The analyst will be responsible for coordinating data uploads of key business metrics and values, audit successful load into the TPM system, provide user support (systems and process), and coordinate data updates. The analyst will need effective communication skills and ability to help users solve issues and conduct training sessions for TPM system. Primary Responsibilities: * Partner with key stakeholders to collect accurate and timely inputs for TPM (list prices, guardrails, hierarchies, etc.) and validate successful load into TPM system * Actively manage group level security for TPM system, process changes for new and existing users, initiate quarterly audits of group level security database * Create data and control validation reports * Maintain schedule funding and target loads/updates * Manage help-desk business queue; including hyper-care of high priority issues * Coordinates data updates / changes with IT, Finance, and Revenue Management leadership; validates all changes Minimum Requirements: * Bachelors degree required. Education discipline in Business Intelligence, Marketing, Finance, Applied Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Mathematics desired. * 2 to 5 years of relevant experience required, potentially including prior internship in relevant area. * Comfortable analyzing, blending and working with disparate data sources. * Must have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Comfort with advanced analytics/statistical concepts.
