In addition to work with various departments for order completion and communicate with the sales team on the order status. Responsibilities The responsibilities will include: * Retrieve and review all equipment orders for contract compliance. * Work with various departments to resolve order issues. * Sales Order Maker (SOM) upload and/or manual entry of actual order. * Alert various departments of unique requirements. * Under direction, manage orders to completion and follow up with various departments. * Work with Sales and Incentive Compensation on invoiced orders. * Follow and understand Sales Policy and Procedures. * Work with Canon Financial Services (CFS) on collection or funding of all CFS Leasing orders. * Limit correction to orders that are Order Management errors. Each order has quality assurance and data integrity checks that must match the expected results so that correct revenue and commissions are calculated.
