    Sales Operations Contractor Sales St. Paul, Minnesota Description Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Contractor aids in implementing sales and cross functional campaigns, assists with tracking sales data, maintaining databases and preparing reports as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Prepare and distribute ad hoc and routine reports in support of commercial initiatives * Support launch and ongoing maintenance of CSI Sales Hub and business planning tools, including content updates, communication and other activities as needed * Coordinate sales operations communication across departments at CSI, under the direction of the Director of Sales Operations * Assist the Director of Sales Operations with coordination of product launch materials, development and maintenance of sales tools and execution of strategic initiatives * Coordinate and track sales operations projects and metrics as needed. * Assist with meeting logistics, report generation and additional support as needed for the Area Sales Directors (ASDs), VP of Sales and Director of Sales Operations. * Other activities to support the commercial organization, as directed by Director of Sales Operations. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required for Successful Job Performance: * Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred. * 1-3 years marketing and/or sales administrative experience

    • Experience in the medical industry or experience working with sales and marketing professionals highly desired. Medical Device, biotech or pharmaceutical experience is a plus * Advanced Microsoft Suite - Word (creation of templates and macros), Excel, PowerPoint (customized), and email (Outlook) skills * Creative, innovative team player who works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded * This position demands a specialist level who has proven experience in early stage entrepreneurial marketing with a positive attitude and a passion for excellence. * This position requires a highly articulate and well-organized individual who can excel in a fast growing and changing market * Ability to keep confidential information CSI is an EEO/AA company: Women, Minorities, the Disabled and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
