    We at Cardtronics are evolving our ATM Solutions to meet the new demands in the financial services marketplace - we call it OnATM.  An on-demand solution set that don't require large capital expenditures or lengthy and expensive IT integration efforts, giving retailers & banks the ability to manage their ATM distribution and innovation agendas without taking a back seat to controls and regulatory priorities. 

    As the Solution Analyst, the qualified candidate will be working with the Solution Manager in all aspects of the Managed Services Solution, which includes managing the solution/product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with internal/external business partners to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Focused on achieving Cardtronics objectives of growth, profitability, and diversification, the Analyst will assist the Solution Manager in performing the following:

    • Develop and direct Solution from ideation to launch within planned timeframes

    • Evaluate and research current industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product-development efforts to provide VP of Managed Services with insight to drive decision-making

    • Identify risks and opportunities and ensure that they are quantified and communicated in a timely and actionable manner

    • Pricing and sales models for the Managed Services Solution

    • Support the Managed Services Solutions Manager throughout the Solution Lifecycle Management (SLM) process

    • Build business cases, define value, execute thorough due diligence, participating in negotiations, preparing contracts

    • Expand solution market share by working with sales team to develop sales strategies

    • Develop ways to track product use and impact on end users

    • Perform product demos to customers

    • Produce business and product requirements documents, solutions guides, sales tools and collateral

    • Business Strategy:

      • Assist in developing strategic projects by collaborating with business leaders to define work products, executing research, and presenting findings and recommendations
      • Assist in defining, developing and implementing product strategies and roadmaps consistent with company vision
      • Bring new solution/ products to market by analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to share requirements, features and end products
    • Business Operations

      • Work with Go-to-Market leaders to identify and analyze key business, market, and product opportunities in alignment with corporate and business strategy
      • Assist in determining product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing operational and technical costs; anticipating/projecting growth; costing special and customized deals
      • Monitor pricing to ensure product are meeting revenue and profitability goals and delivering revenue forecasted
      • Provide product/subject matter expertise during the sales process

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree(s) in the field of Business, Finance, Engineering, Marketing and/ or Technology from an accredited institution; or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
    • Knowledge regarding – Product requirements analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, sales, financial analysis and strategy
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
    • Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
    • Results driven mind set and approach
    • Demonstrated customer focus
    • Problem-solving aptitude and creative thinking skills
    • Leadership/people management skills including ability to gain the confidence and commitment of staff; leads by example
    • Excellent communication/presentation skills
