    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute account specific strategies to achieve individual account and aggregate quotas as assigned.
    • Achieve new business revenue, profit and other targets for new account relationships and upselling to existing accounts.
    • Create and present winning financial proposals to acquire and retain competitive takeaways.
    • Ensure timely retention/renewal of all key accounts while preserving or improving profit margins.
    • Create specific action plan to improve customer service quality to accounts; effectively collaborate across organizational functions to sponsor timely implementation and flawless execution.
    • Develop and execute on strategic multi-year growth roadmaps.
    • Lead the end-to-end contract renewal and negotiation process.
    • Identify and close opportunities for new business growth.
    • Manage the customer relationship at the stakeholder level as well as drive engagement and participation from senior executives.
    • Oversee ongoing customer support and escalate as appropriate to deliver customer satisfaction.
    • Actively seeks business influencers within assigned accounts and expand the company’s reach into Marketing, Product, Distribution, Operations, and other critical functional areas
    • Develop and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 
    • Proactively communicate new products, sales strategies, and best practices.
    • Conduct regular business reviews, in-depth proposals on new opportunities, customer feedback for improvements and additional new product solutions.
    • Respond positively to changing circumstances and seek alternative way of achieving goals if necessary.
    • Provide proactive consultation to customers on industry trends, competitive marketplace, relevant regulatory and compliance activity, etc.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS

    • College degree preferred.
    • 5 Years business to business sales experience with experience in the FI services, payments and/or ATM industry.
    • Experience in solution selling in complex sales environments.
    • Demonstrated problem solving and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Personable, outgoing, helpful, able to initiate conversation and communications in an engaging manner. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. 
    • Proven track record of exceptional lead generation and ability to close sales opportunities.
    • Experience working in a team sales environment.
    • Knowledge of ATM outsourcing, networks and services is a plus but not required.
    • Intermediate computer skills required (data entry, email, customer relationship management software).
    • Must be able to work in a team environment and develop positive relationships with coworkers.
    • Knowledge of ATM outsourcing, networks and services is a plus but not required.
    • Knowledge of CRM/Contact Manager software a plus, but not required.
    • Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
    • Travel Required.
