    Making ATM cash access convenient where people shop, work, and live, Cardtronics is at the convergence of retailers, financial institutions, and the customers they share. Cardtronics provides services to approximately 237,000 ATMs in the Convenience, Pharmacy, Grocery, Big Box, and Specialty retailing segments across the world.  Cardtronics is where cash meets commerce.  

    We are looking for Business Development ROCKSTARS who find a way to win.  You will contribute to the growth and expansion of the Cardtronics Retail ATM Services programs to national and mid-market clients in North America.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Access/create contacts throughout the retail industry at the executive level and ATM category level. 
    • Continually demonstrate ability to open doors, generate meetings and gain buy in.
    • Builds and manages a sales pipeline to ensure target growth expectations are met and exceeded
    • Lead RFI/RFP efforts as needed.
    • Responsible for being one of the Retail SME (subject matter experts) internally and externally.
    • Manage input into recurring sales reports, sales plans, and budget processes
    • Deliver sales results.
    • Travel to client’s locations and other Cardtronics’ office locations, including but not limited to Houston and Frisco offices.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

     

    SYSTEMS INVOLVED: 

    • Microsoft Office Suite 
    • SalesForce
    • Oracle

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor degree is required.
    • A minimum of 8 years experience in ATM, POS, or consultative solutions sales experience.
    • Understand complex and multi-function sales cycles from start to finish.
    • Independent thinker, complex problem solver
    • Must be results oriented and demonstrate a proven track record of success.
    • Ability to provide strategic thought and understand a complex business matrix that includes our company, consumers, merchants, and financial institutions. 
    • Deep understanding of retail operations, service delivery and a solid understanding of retail POS ecosystem.
    • Strong ability to interface with all levels of an organization.
    • Expert level computer skills to create and manipulate spreadsheets, presentations, documents and project plans. 
    • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
