    THE MATERIAL HANDLER is responsible for working with primarily internal customers to guarantee we have the correct inventory accounted for and available at all times.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Update supply orders in Oracle with tracking on a daily basis.
    • Conduct cycle counts and create adjustments to correct part numbers.
    • Research cycle count variances to determine root cause.
    • Drive forklift and physically move material around the warehouse.
    • Kit parts.
    • Coordinate all shipping for special projects / report shipping information to project lead.
    • File freight damage claims with carriers.
    • Issue inventory against work orders provided by the operations technicians.
    • Handle ticket processing and completion to accounting.
    • Process freight claims and maintain BOM (bill of materials).
    • Confirm receipt of material drop shipped to customers from the manufacturer and receive in purchase orders once inventory is confirmed delivered.
    • Open RMAs to bring product back onto Cardtronics’ perpetual inventory.

    • Oracle
    • Microsoft Office Suite

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS

    • High School diploma or equivalency required.
    • 3+ years of inventory/purchasing experience required.
    • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Great attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong ability to be successful in project planning.
    • Strong computer skills.
    • Ability to lift and carry 40 (forty) pounds on occasion as backup to the warehouse.
    • Ability to drive or willingness to learn to operate a forklift.
    • Must have a demonstrated ability to analyze inventory.
    • Ability to perform Inventory reconciliation.
    • Understanding of MS Office functionality.
    • Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
