SUMMARY
Support the North America Financial Institutions (FI) Finance team with financial planning, financial modeling, and Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Develop annual operational plan and monthly financial and transaction forecasts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and analysis materials
• Support Commercial teams by running pricing models to support growth of the business and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to update Sales models with latest pricing structures and operating costs
• Conduct Key Performance Indicator (KPI) trend and unit economics analysis for revenue, expenses and capital expenditures
• Track key performance and external reporting metrics, including in year sales performance
SYSTEMS INVOLVED
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree required, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 3+ years of relevant finance experience required
• Must have basic knowledge of accounting rules and financial statements to assist in the transition from Sales to financial modeling to Accounting
• Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel, including extensive modeling experience
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Must have exceptional research skills
• Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests
