THE ATM SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT SPECIALIST performs domestic and international ATM update deployments via endpoint management solutions through a variety of tools, systems and methods. The Deployment Analyst I internally represents the Remote Content department in matters pertaining to ATM Audit data, ATM inventory, operating system patching and ATM/auxiliary application patches/updates/installations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides update delivery to ATMs in an automated fashion with the use of ATM delivery tools such as Radia, CrossTec and RMS
• Resolves technical system integration issues with deployment systems and ATM packages
• Provides quality control through piloting process to ensure production ATMs are thoroughly tested
• Administers parameter and inventory control for PostTerm commands
• Assists in administration for RMS and policy methods for promoted services
• Supports other IT teams with package creation and implementation when needed
• Provides direct communication to internal teams including executive management on notifications of technical deployment information.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• High proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel required.
• Excel knowledge to include advanced formula composition.
• Demonstrates negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proven independent decision-making in complex situations.
• Ability to work various hours and days in the event of need.
• Experience with Windows XP and 7
• 3+ years of experience performing endpoint update deployments in an automated software delivery service field with Radia or a similar enterprise automation product
• Advanced troubleshooting of failed package deployments at the ATM level via logs, services, processes and events
• Ability to write complex technical documentation in standalone (Word/PDF) and digital (MediaWiki) format for internal department use as well as organizational notifications
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow
• Experience with Postilion 5.5
