    SUMMARY

    The Sales Support Application Specialist is a position that will strategically and universally manage the sales process flow to help the IBG business unit define operational initiatives, who will oversee business analytics and attainment planning, and direct sales force enablement. This position will be a highly creative and visionary person who works to meet changing strategic and operational needs, enable innovation, establish more efficient practices and help the company continue to achieve its potential. The work includes such projects as developing and implementing new schemes to support the teams, defining strategies to optimize sales cycles, and providing training & support for SalesForce users within the IBG department. Effectiveness is measured by ensuring that data integrity for relevant sales databases are within Cardtronics compliance standards, along with the ability to recognize efficient workflow throughout the entire sales process.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Primary IBG SalesForce Administrator – new user account set-ups, training & support
    • Collect and evaluate sales information to maximize sales productivity
    • Work with the leadership team to define, launch, and drive strategic sales initiatives
    • Structure and execute operational and strategic work plans, gathering and producing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations
    • Leads cross-functional teams within multiple work organizations to get work done
    • Develop sales tracking procedures and SalesForce reports for management team
    • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
    • Drive recommendations through to implementation
    • Responsible for working with the teams alongside Management, to enhance processes, systems, and technologies
    • Responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and processes related to the various tasks outlined within the department.
    • Build, develop, and grow business relationships through the success of strategic activities

    METRICS AND REPORTING

    • On time completion of directly managed and delegated tasks
    • Updating reports/databases with corrected information as field reporting is received.

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, or business computer systems preferred
    • At least 4 years of experience related to sales, marketing, or business management
    • Demonstrate strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence
    • Demonstrate ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
    • Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills
    • Requires strong communications skills, written and oral
    • Experience in Financial Services, Point of Sale or ATM industries preferred
    • Remote network access to be required on occasion, company laptop to be provided
    • Must be able self-motivated and self-starter
    • Excellent time management and organization skills required
    • Less than 20% travel may be required
    • Must be team oriented with creative team building skills
    • Must be task/deadline driven in executing responsibilities
    • Must be able to express and follow the company Mission, Principles and procedures
    • Excellent excel, analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation and writing skills are essential
