This position is the primary contact between Versico and all material distributors and is responsible for responding to customer and representative requests promptly and accurately. The Customer Service Representative/Order Management Specialist will be expected to form strong relationships with Customers, Representatives, and Regional Sales Managers Job Responsibilities: * Handle all customer requests, managing customer orders from placement through shipment, providing accurate lead times and verifying pricing, credit memos and return authorization requests. * Monitor backorders, review rescheduling report daily and communicate in a timely manner with customers on backorder situations. * Review open orders on a regular basis and close out old orders as necessary. * Maintain a network of appropriate contacts within the various Departments such as Traffic, Purchasing, AP, Production, etc. as well as with external vendors.
