Carrier Enterprise sells and distributes Carrier, Bryant and Payne residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products and supplies throughout the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean. We currently have an exciting Sales Support Group Call Center Representative opportunity based out of our West Caldwell, NJ facility. Company Website: http://www.carrierenterprise.com/ The Sales Support Group is an extension of the Customer Service Team. The position will serve as a liaison between customers and the company regarding product availability, delivery, and all facets of the order process. Customer recruitment and active promotion of our products are also primary duties of the position. Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: * Entering customer orders and address customer inquiries related to open orders * Account management * Customer recruitment * Actively promoting and selling our products * Backlog maintenance of existing orders to make sure they processed accurately * Providing minor technical assistance to external customers * Working close with other departments such as Credit, Sales, and Warehouse * Providing pre-order and post order support; order management from the point of entry to invoicing; customer service in a call center environment; and working closely with vendors, warehouses, credit, and sales departments Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of customer service experience or Associates Degree with 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center * Sales experience; B to B selling experience preferred * Must have strong customer service skills
