For more information about Celanese and our products please visit www.celanese.com Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Supervisor or his/her designee, the Operator internship program allows candidates an opportunity to shadow Operators in Chemical Operations, which provides them an overview of our different departments and a realistic preview of Operator work. Ensure safety of personnel and maintenance of the equipment Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and company standards as they pertain to the following: Safety, Health, Environmental, ISO9002 and Housekeeping standards Qualifications: Graduate in May/June 2018 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Process Technology Have a current, cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must complete Celaneses background and drug screenings and achieve satisfactory results Must be at least 18-years-old Must be willing and able to work three, 12-hour shifts per week Desired qualifications: Knowledge of SAP Knowledge of regulatory requirements Knowledge of safe work permits No required experience Graduate in Spring 2018 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Process Technology
