    Job Description

    Chromalloy serves commercial, military and industrial turbine engine operators worldwide.

    POSITION SUMMARY:  Work closely with Customer Solutions, Quality and Finance Teams to successfully execute critical business processes. Utilize the ERP and Finance systems to process and manage orders through the process. Process and generate billing invoices/packing lists, credit memos and customs invoices in a timely fashion, error-free.

    ·         Utilize ERP and Financial systems to process incoming customer owned product.

    ·         Generate  invoices /packing lists and customs invoices for each shipment.

    ·         Generate and issue credit memos where applicable.

    ·         Manage and process site records within the record retention system.

    ·         Embrace/implement continuous improvement and lean principles in all activities.

    ·         Maintain department safety and housekeeping standards.

    ·         Ensure compliance with Quality Control Manual (QCM).

    ·         Must be aware of ISO – Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements.

    ·         Ensure compliance with Company RSM, must be aware of ISO/TCS quality requirements.

    ·         Adhere to all Company health, safety and environmental policies while performing job duties.

    ·         Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards.

    ·         Regular and reliable attendance.

    EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: 

    THE SPECIFIC EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION ARE:

     

    ·         Able to read/write in English

    ·         High School Diploma or GED preferred

    ·         Must possess basic math skills

     

    THE SPECIFIC LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

     

    ·         Valid Texas driver’s license required

    ·         Current acceptable DMV drivers record (mandatory)

     

    THE SPECIFIC SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

     

    ·         Strong computer skills, experience working in ERP and Finance systems.

    ·         JD Edwards experience a plus.

    ·         ITAR/Military Record keeping knowledge is a plus.

    ·         High degree of professionalism with a focus on customer care.

    ·         Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.

    ·         Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

    ·         Ability to work effectively individually or as part of a team.

    ·         Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
