Job Description
SUMMARY
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and self-directed individual who has achieved their degree recently to develop their Continuous Improvement capabilities through the study, implementation and facilitation of the lean tools and methodology. To monitor progress and support as necessary to drive project implementation and sustainability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:
0-3 years of experience in the Science, Math, Engineering and or Education
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/PROFICIENCIES/COMPETENCIES:
· Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
· Quality - Looks for ways to improve and promote quality
· Quantity - Meets productivity standards; completes work in timely manner
· Thoughtful and effective communications skills
· Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
